Gearing Up For A New Journey

"Goodbye ,dear UPSR. Don't remember us and don't come back at all....."

I am glad that the UPSR exam was over at the end of September. I felt a sense of relief. My friends and I are now very relax in class. We enjoy our time in school very much.

Although the UPSR exam is over but we still need to sit for our school year-end exam. We aren't putting too much effort in this exam because we are very "tired" after working so hard for the UPSR exam. Nowadays, the teachers are not having actual lessons, so we bring some books to read and some board games to play in class. We usually share our games.

We are going to celebrate our Children's Day coming Thursday on 27th of October. We are very excited. We had been waiting for it for a long long time. I hope we could enjoy ourselves during our last celebration for Children's Day in Primary School.


Very soon I will be going to a secondary school, Chong Hwa Independent High School. The new school is at Jalan Ipoh. It is approximately 10 KM from my house. There are many facilities in this school such as a mini futsal pitch, six badminton courts, a tennis court, five basketball courts, 3 volleyball courts, running track, an auditorium, a language lab, a music room, two computer labs and many others. There is a hostel in that school too. Each room can accomodate eight students. I can't wait to go to my new school yet at the same time I have a mixed feelings. I am nervous about going to a new school. However, I am happy that many of my classmates are also going there.

Life goes on and I have to move on. This is a new phase in my life. I will learn to get used to a new environment. I will get used to the new school and look at it in a more matured manner.
